Terms Of Service
Polar Servers T&C
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are an agreement between Polarservers.com, ("Polar Servers " or “us” or “our” or “we”) and you (“User” or “you” or “your” or "Client"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Polar Servers and of the Polar Servers website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services. Infringement of these terms may result in repercussions as we see fit, such as but not limited to cancellation of, or removal of material(s) from, your service(s) without prior warning. We hold the right to modify these terms without notice.
Refunds may be provided within 5 days of first purchase if we are found to be at fault, subject to support given priorly. After this period, or for reasons not fitting this criterion, no refunds will be available; barring by our own discretion. Inappropriate use of chargebacks or disputes will result in account termination, along with termination of services linked to this account.
Services purchased from us may not be redeemed for cash or resold. You are liable for all purchases or changes on your account. This includes packages purchased by mistake, unwanted packages, etc.
Terminated packages cannot be recovered or renewed, server data is wiped after termination.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The recurring price of a service is set at the time of first purchase.
Servers should be generated quickly after the first invoice is paid and received. If this for any reason is not the case, the user should attempt to contact support. In the event of support being unable to generate the service, a refund may be given.
We reserve the right to deny service to any user.
By purchasing from us, you accept our Terms and Conditions.
If a payment is missed, your service will be suspended. You will receive 3 email notices stating your payment will be missed, in three consecutive days. On the seventh day of the payment still being missed, your service will be terminated.
Hosting illegal, copyright infringing or content which would otherwise cause reputational or monetary harm to us may result in termination, or removal of such material, without prior notice. This includes cracked/nulled/leaked content. Support is limited until such content is removed.
We do not guarantee 100% Uptime, although we aim for it. We cannot be held responsible for serverside lag caused by customization by the User. Nor will we be held responsible for data loss from any services. It is the user's responsibility to backup their service regularly to their own storage.
For Garry's Mod, we don't allow the user uploading of ".DLL" files (DLLs), ".SO"s or other binary files. Staff may upload DLLs on client's behalf, at our discretion. Examples of DLLs that will not be uploaded include, but are not limited to, gmsv_fileio and gmsv_query. This is for the security of our client's servers. Some DLLs, such as MySQLoo, are available on our mod manager for installing by clients, bypassing this restriction.
We reserve the right to terminate any service at any time, for any reason we deem necessary.
Polar Servers cannot be held responsible for actions performed by its Users, such as abuse of donations, or illicit actions. However such events may be reported to us, and we will deal with them as we see fit.
An attempt to bypass resource restrictions, such as service slot limits, is not permitted.
Although your service may not be individually limited by CPU, Memory or Disk usage, you agree to not knowingly overuse these resources. If we believe your service is overusing these resources, you agree to cooperate with us in order to reduce this use.
Damage to a server caused during modification by us requested by the client is the liability of the client who had requested it.
IPs of users or players may be Null Routed, blocked from our services, at any time. An example of this would be an IP being blocked for committing a Denial of Service attack.
