Polar Servers is a dedicated server marketplace operated by Siberian Snow LLC, a technology company based in Kansas City, Missouri. We don't own or operate data centers. What we do is connect customers with vetted hosting partners who do, giving you access to bare-metal servers across more than 20 locations in North America and Europe through a single, straightforward interface.
Think of us as a clearinghouse. Rather than requiring you to research and contact dozens of individual hosting providers, we've done that work and consolidated their available inventory in one place. When you find a server you want and click Order, you're placed directly with the partner data center that operates it. Your contract, your billing, and your relationship are with them.
We're selective about which partners we list. Every provider in our network has been evaluated for reliability, network quality, and honest pricing. If a provider's reputation slips or their hardware quality drops, they come off the platform. The inventory you see here represents partners we're comfortable recommending.
Every server listed is a physical, bare-metal machine reserved for your exclusive use. No shared resources, no noisy neighbors. The processor, memory, storage, network connection, and bandwidth shown on each listing are what you actually receive.
Pricing is monthly with no long-term contracts. The price you see is what our partner charges. We don't mark it up or add hidden fees on top. When setup fees or special terms apply to a specific server, the partner discloses them before purchase.

Inventory is sourced directly from our partners and refreshed twice daily. Many systems are available for deployment within hours. If a server you've selected becomes unavailable before provisioning is complete, the partner will work with you on a comparable replacement or a refund.
